***NOTE FROM THE CAROLINA CLUB AND THE POINTE: It is our pro shop policy to inform golfers of the greens aerification for a minimum of 7 days following the procedure. The protocol is to inform them when the greens were aerified and that they are top dressed (fill the holes with sand) and rolled, to ensure the best possible results from this “dreaded” procedure. One of the best ways to describe it is “Visually, the greens will look far worse than they actually play or roll”. Our superintendent and his staff do a great job, and most everyone that plays on the aerified greens is pleasantly surprised.
